There are thousands of different frequencies hitting your body every second. So remember, what is important is the brainwaves that are induced into your head. Also to be effective, these frequencies or signals must be PULSED. (More about this on a later date).
Remote neural monitoring (RNM) is the most obvious secret in the world. In fact, it is an “old” type of technology, going back to the 1970s. RNM allows communication between two people in any part of the world (similar to the Microwave Hearing Effect, knowledge of which is ubiquitous), which as you can image is useful for spying and espionage. (CIA,NSA, etc.) Remember this is classified as a weapon, which means that behind the scenes military personnel or their contractors are involved.
The most important aspect is tracking, or keeping track of people as they move around. OK? So how is it done? One clue is that we have no reliable accounts of RNM or MWH on most commercial jets, except for one report by one pilot. Likewise, this fact is the key to the whole technology. The key issue is movement. While on a commercial jet, you are moving in 4 different directions at once. In fact as reported in EYE SPY, jets cannot be tracked in real time, only in “near” real time (with a 2 second lag). THIS IS THE KEY ISSUE. Pandora’s Box has now been opened for the first time and the world will never be the same again.
NOTE: You can still be tracked in you car because all vehicles emit EM fields.
In simple terms, if two different signals hit you at say, 200 HZ and 210 HZ, a frequency of 10 HZ will be produced in your body.

Many people report 24/7 voices. There is a reason for this if you are being subjected to RNM. The voices are part of the tracking system employed by the culprits. Also, you could be talking to a computer and never know it, or more than one computer. This is so because it enables them not have to have a real person sitting there, listening to you. The computer may sound like a human because the software employs “emotive” language, or the ability to express feeling, thereby tricking you, because most people assume that this type of language is beyond the capability of computers.
Let’s say you hear voices. When you respond to the voices, your “signal” is being sent back to the computer. Then, the computer responds, thereby completing a circuit. By circuit, we mean an EM circle. Most everyone is familiar with this concept. Under RNM, your body is continuously surrounded by an electromagnetic field, even if you can’t feel it. Think, have you ever had an MRI test done to you? Did you feel anything different? Probably not.
One more point. Certain airplanes cannot be tracked in real time. Coincident with this is the fact that usually no one reports RNM while in a jet. Therefore, one does not hear voices because the system is unable to track you in real time. In other words, tracking, voices, and a computer that responds to your voice are all part of a typical system.
All in all, the purpose of all the above is to keep the EM field around your body in the correct place. The field is jiggled at times to make sure it is in the right place. You can feel this jiggle on your body. It feels something like suddenly stopping or starting to move in an elevator. Plus the handler or minder can also jiggle you at his discretion.
Keep in mind, this is all basic physics, or electromagnetic theory. There is nothing here that is not explainable.
For example, a metallic object on or near the body helps induce an electromagnetic current in your body. It has been reported that an object as small as a staple in a sheet of paper (when held in the hand) increases the EM induction in the body.
Finally, if you have tinnitus in one or both ears, and have had no previous ear injuries, chances are it is the result of being tracked.
